Honestly, I was intimidated to make a recipe, cause have you seen her photos and meals? Lol But tonight I tried the chickpea wraps recipe and it really did only take about 15 min...and they are super yummy! Are the recipes difficult to make?
Nope! I use really simple basic ingredients for the majority of these recipes. Don’t let the pictures throw you. I’ve made them look fancy to merely entice you into trying these delicious recipes.
I don’t have time to cook every day. Can I still use your meal plans?
Yes, of course! All the recipes can be prepared ahead and reheated. We also love meal prepping. We like to pick one day to make all our meals, so we don’t have to cook the rest of the week.
Do I have to meal prep?
No, only if you want to. Most of the recipes are 35 minutes or less for quick and easy cooking.

What’s the difference between Vegan vs Vegetarian?
