Of course! I love flavorful food and my family is from the south, so there’s no way I would ever serve anyone (especially myself) some bland food.
Are the recipes difficult to make?
Nope! I use really simple basic ingredients for the majority of these recipes. Don’t let the pictures throw you. I’ve made them look fancy to merely entice you into trying these delicious recipes.
I don’t have time to cook every day. Can I still use your meal plans?
Yes, of course! All the recipes can be prepared ahead and reheated. We also love meal prepping. We like to pick one day to make all our meals, so we don’t have to cook the rest of the week.
Do I have to meal prep?
No, only if you want to. Most of the recipes are 35 minutes or less for quick and easy cooking.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

What’s the difference between Vegan vs Vegetarian?
Vegetarians do not eat meat, but still consume eggs and dairy. Vegans do not consume any animal products (no meat, dairy, eggs, or honey).
All recipes can be made gluten-free using simple swaps. For example, use brown rice pasta instead of regular pasta and use gluten-free tortillas instead of flour.
Do I have to shop at a fancy store?
Nope! Most of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery store. One or two specialty items can be found online.
Are the recipes for Raw Vegans only?
